We start by taking some time on the phone hearing from you about what brings you to therapy, individually or together in a relationship. You also have a chance to hear about me and what working together might be like.
This is a supportive conversation. We set aside an hour, but the conversation usually lasts between 15-25 minutes. After that, you can decide whether you want to schedule a regular session or consider further whether working together makes sense for you.
